Sleep Coaching Services
Ruby Sky Coaching is available for home consultations, (in the Portland Metropolitan area) phone or skype consultations, and email support. The initial consultation can take place in your home, or on the telephone or skype.
We offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to learn about your family's unique sleep issues and to discuss how Ruby Sky Coaching may be of assistance. After this appointment you can then choose between a comprehensive phone, skype or a home visit consultation. During this consultation a sleep coach will listen to all of your concerns and ask many questions about your baby's sleep history. They will formulate a customized plan with you that is clear, detailed, and easy to follow. Consistency is the key to success. It is important to follow through with your baby's sleep plan in order to achieve the highest level of success. Your sleep coach is there to support and work with you to solve your baby's sleep issues as you begin implementation of the plan.
Email support is offered following your initial consultation and after a plan has been created. Emailing is the best follow-up tool for sharing daily progress and answering implementation questions that all parents have. Your sleep coach will be available Monday through Saturday via email to answer questions and help you make adjustments and problem solve as your baby responds to the new sleeping plan. Email support can continue for as long as a family would like to have Ruby Sky Coaching on their parenting team.
